Right of withdrawal

The right to cancel the contract exists for fourteen days. To exercise the right of cancellation, the return must be registered via the returns portal and the instructions followed. Only returns registered via the returns portal will be accepted.

The return of the goods is at your own expense and risk. The goods must be returned immediately and within fourteen days of delivery. This deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the fourteen days.
The goods must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition, in their original packaging and complete with accessories and all enclosed documents. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Consequences of revocation:

All payments will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made promptly and within fourteen days of receipt of the return. The payment method used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.

Refunds may be refused until we have received the goods or until we have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.
Underwear cannot be exchanged.
